The list of students eligible for summer accommodation a.y. 2024-2025 was approved by a determination under approval.

We remind that the staying in the accommodation is on payment at the fixed rate of € 300,00; fees must be paid at the time of entry into the summer accommodation through the PagoPA platform, accessing directly from the Student Webdesk (from July 29th,2025 til July, 31st 2025).

Students who, after the publication of the ranking list, wish to withdraw, in order not to incur the payment (€ 300.00), must give notice by writing to the email address protocollo@aliseo.liguria.it, no later than 16/07/2025.

Please note that any debts accrued towards the Agency are also considered for the possible participation in the Notice for the Benefits a. y 2025/2026.

ALiSEO provides 70 accommodation places for students awarded a scholarship for the for the academic year 2024-2025 for the summer period at the University Residences Milan Terminus and Marinelle.
In addition to the above-mentioned students and only in case of vacancies, students allotted in the residences during the academic year 2024/2025 as students with fee or affiliated students may also apply for the summer accommodation.

The staying in the residences for the summer period has been identified between August 1st 2025 until September 12th 2025.

In order to apply for the summer accommodation service students must meet all the following requirements:

• be a scholarship winner for the academic year 2024/2025 already allotted at the Residences managed by ALiSEO or be allotted as student with fee o affiliated during the academic year 2024/2025;
• have acquired a minimum of 15 credits on the date of application (ONLY credits regularly registered on the online university register for the 2024/2025 academic year will be taken into consideration, CREDITS EARNED FROM 01/09/2024 TO THE DATE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION);
• motivate their request when completing the application (attend internships, even if not compulsory, prepare and/or take exams, write dissertations, do library research, part-time collaboration activities at ALiSEO’s services).

Assignment Criteria

Accommodation places are assigned, within the limits of the available places mentioned above, with the following priorities:

1. scholarship winners and disalbled students with a disability rating of more than 66% and students under international protection;
2. students attending internships (including non-compulsory ones), in the order of submission of the application;
3. year seniority at the University of Genoa or at the Ligurian AFAM Institutions;
4. acquired number of credits;
5. students accommodated at ALiSEO University Residences with fee or affiliated for the a.y. 2024/2025.

Application submission

Students must submit the request for summer accommodation, using the appropriate form downloadable from AliSEO’s institutional website www.aliseo.liguria.it.
The application must be submitted, under penalty of exclusion from the benefit, by email to the e-mail address protocollo@aliseo.liguria.it from June 6th 2025 at 8.00 a.m. until June 30th 2025 at 12.00.

PLEASE NOTE:

Students must mandatorily choose one of the following options in the application:

•  application for summer accommodation for internship attendance;
•  request for summer accommodation for needs related to the right to study;
• request for summer accommodation for part-time collaboration activitiesat ALiSEO services.

Please note that the following documents must necessarily be attached to each request (in PDF format):

• copy of a valid identity document (for identity card a copy is required front/back copy);
• duly signed information notice on the processing of personal data (Annex 1);
• self-certification attesting the exams taken using the form downloadable exclusively from the student desk from Unige website;
• any internship enrolment attested by the University of Genoa or by the Ligurian AFAM Institutions.

In the absence of one or more of the documents listed above, the application will not be considered valid and the benefit will therefore not be granted.
