University residences
ALiSEO manages 18 university residences in Genoa and 1 in Savona, offering a total of 1,015 beds for students attending the University of Genoa and AFAM (Higher Education in Art, Music and Dance) institutions in Liguria.
The accommodation facilities are divided into:
- Student Houses, equipped with single and double rooms, all with bathrooms and also equipped for disabled people. Inside, there are study rooms, internet rooms, laundry facilities, and canteen services.
- Residences, with single and double beds, equipped with refreshment areas or shared kitchens, as well as study rooms, internet rooms, and laundry facilities.
- Apartments, with single, double, triple, and quadruple places. Some have common areas such as study rooms, internet rooms, and laundry facilities.
The office hours for the accomodations in Genoa are as follows:
- Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Agency provides a free laundry, ironing, and bed linen replacement service (provided in the residences) to all guests in its facilities. A laundry service for washing and drying personal laundry is also offered.

It was the first university residence built in Genoa in the first half of the 20th century. During World War II, it was used as a place of interrogation and torture by Nazi-Fascist troops. The “Cells of the Resistance” remain from that period, now a sacred place in memory of the many martyrs who fought for freedom.
