Canteen commission
The Aliseo canteen commission is a working group made up of various stakeholders of the the catering services in university canteens.
The commission is especially important for building bridges between the canteen users, the canteen operators and Aliseo, the body responsible for the catering service.
The committee meets regularly to monitor quality and to propose and discuss improvement initiatives with a special focus on the issue of sustainability also through collaboration with other parties.
Each academic year Aliseo publishes a selection notice to identify university students who will become members of the Commission. Any student enrolled in the current academic year may apply.
