This rate applies to all students who are winners of an Aliseo scholarship on the final scholarship ranking. These students will get a:

The benefit is valid from the day following the release of the final ranking and for the following 12 months, therefore from  31 october 2025 until the final ranking for the academic year 2026/2027 is published.

The meal is defined as a “pasto completo”, i.e. a full meal (see composition of the meal)

Which rate will apply between 30 September 2025 and 30 October 2025, i.e. after the provisional ranking and before the final ranking have been published?

If you are a “anni successivi” (subsequent years) scholarship student, you will continue to benefit from the “Aliseo scholarship students” rate until 30 October 2025, meaning you will be entitled to one free meal and a second meal at a cost of €2.50 per day.

However, if:

• you have applied for a scholarship for the first time

or

    • you had already applied  during your university career but were excluded from the final ranking and have reapplied for the current academic year 2025/2026

for the period indicated above (30 September 2025 and 30 October 2025), you will be charged the subsidised  rate “Fascia 1” (bracket 1) , meaning you will pay €3.00 per meal.

With the publication of the final ranking, if you are awarded a scholarship, you will automatically move to the “Studenti borsisti Aliseo” (Aliseo scholarship students) rate.

If, on the other hand, you are deemed “non idoneo” (ineligible), provided that you meet the necessary financial requirements,  you will remain in or move to “Fascia 1” (bracket 1)  and the benefit will be valid until 30 September 2026.

Students who have been awarded the ‘Ultimo Semestre’ scholarship will continue to receive the canteen benefit (first meal of the day free of charge and second meal of the day at a cost of €2.50) until 31 march 2026.

From the following day, i.e. from 1 April 2026, the reduced rate “Fascia 1” (bracket 1)  will automatically apply. This rate will be valid until 30 september 2026.

Please note that, in any case, after graduation and in the absence of subsequent enrolment in another university course, access to the canteen is no longer permitted as university student status expires.

We would like to remind you that off-sites and commuting scholarship winners have a deduction from their grant for catering of € 1,148.00.

The catering fee is paid in the form of a service, guaranteeing a free first meal per day and a second meal at a reduced rate (€ 2.50) for the entire duration of the benefit.

There is no provision for any form of cashing in of services, nor is there any reimbursement for not eating meals during the opening and/or closing periods of the canteen service (see art. no. 17.3.8 of the notice of competition for the assignment of university benefits academic year 2025/2026) where there is a university canteen or a canteen with an agreement with Aliseo.
