The menus in university canteens adhere to principles of safety, balance and nutritional quality and promote good practices in the areas of health, prevention, sustainability and waste, in accordance with the guidelines on collective catering of the Ministry of Health (Ministero della Salute) and with the Global Goals defined in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Food variety is guaranteed on a daily, weekly and seasonal basis.

COELIAC STUDENTS

University canteens offer gluten-free meal options for coeliac students.

To eat a gluten-free meal at our canteens please follow these steps:

• First send a copy of the diagnosis certificate issued by a “presidio di rete o centro di riferimento della Regione” by e-mail to ristorazione@aliseo.liguria.it.

• Whenever you want to eat at a university canteen, you must contact the catering centre on the same day.

• If you want to have lunch or dinner at Gastaldi canteen, please contact the number: 010 3628748 by 9.00 a.m.
• If you wish to have lunch or dinner at Darsena or Asiago or Bar Brignole canteen, please call +39 338 9308319 by 9.30 a.m. specifying in which canteen you intend to have your meal.

• As regards the Savona canteen, the procedure is as follows: send an email to leottomani@alice.it by 9:30 a.m. on the same day. Alternatively, you can notify the Campus Bar staff in person in the morning at least one hour before the canteen opens (12:00 p.m.). In addition, when you are in the canteen for lunch or dinner, please notify the staff so that your tray can be prepared accordingly.

This will allow our service staff to prepare a meal that meets your needs.
