The cost of a meal at a subsidised rate on ISEEU/ISEEUP basis is as follows:

Fascia 1 (bracket 1): € 3,00
Fascia 2 (bracket 2): € 4,50

The application for the subsidised rate can be submitted from 1 October 2025 to 31 May 2026.

Before applying via “Sportello Universitario” from Aliseo’s homepage, you must ensure that you have applied for the ISEEU/ISEEUP for the current year.

By current year we mean that if you apply before 31 December 2025, you will need the ISEEU/ISEEUP 2025; if you apply from 1 January 2026, you will need the ISEEU/ISEEUP 2026.

If you are a foreign student, you will need to request the ISEEUP (ISEE Universitario Parificato) by contacting one of the CAAFs (Centro di Assistenza Fiscale – Tax Assistance and Information Centre) affiliated with Aliseo. You can find the list of the CAAFs affiliated with Aliseo at this link.

Who can apply?

You can apply if you are a Unige or AFAM student and your ISEEU/ISEEUP is less than € 35.280,01.

You can also apply for the subsidised rate if you are enrolled in a specialisation school (with the exception of those in the medical area) or a PhD course.

Attention!
You can only apply for the subsidised rate for the first degree for each level of study, as set out in the “Disposizioni Mensa 2025/2026” (Mensa Provisions 2025/2026) .

Let’s take a few examples.
If you have completed a three-year degree course and are enrolling for the first time in a master’s degree course, you can apply for the subsidised rate.
You cannot apply if, on the other hand, you are enrolling in another three-year degree course or an AFAM first-level course because they are courses at the same level of study.

In addition, again in accordance with the Disposizioni Mensa 2025/2026 (Mensa Provisions 2025/2026), if you fail to graduate within the deadline, you may apply for the subsidised rate for the first year out of the course or for the first two years if you are a student with a disability, but not for subsequent years.

How to apply?

To apply for the Tariffa Agevolata, you must access “Sportello Universitari” from Aliseo’s homepage via SPID, CIE or with your Aliseo credentials.

Before doing so, make sure you are in possession of:

• you student identification number (numero di matricola Unige)
• the year of first enrolment
• a ISEEU/ISEEUP certification valid for the current year
• a valid Italian certification, if applicable, attesting to the recognition of disability pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1 of Law no. 104 of 5 February 1992, or disability equal to or greater than 66%

After accessing “Sportello Universitario”, click on the “Domanda di tariffa agevolata” box.
Fill in and submit your request: if all steps are correctly completed, your application
will be registered in the “Ricevute domande 2024/2025” box where you can view or download it.

If you meet the necessary requirements, after approximately one working week your application will be accepted and you will be able to benefit from the subsidised tariff.

Please note: you will NOT receive any notification about the outcome of your application.
If the outcome is positive (i.e., if you meet the necessary requirements), the system will update automatically within one week and you’ll be charged the due rate at the till of the university canteens.
